Single Tickets: 24-25 Season
Single Tickets for the 24-25 will be available for purchase on August 1, 2024. Two single tickets options are currently offered. The first option is theatre seats, and the second option is digital viewing with 48-hour access after the concert: Sunday at Noon-Tuesday at Noon. (Unfortunately, The Nightmare Before Christmas and French Connections with Branford Marsalis are unable to be viewed digitally.)

The YSO wants to share the love of music with youth. Special pricing is available for those under the age of 18 regardless of seat location in the theatre.
Third Party Resellers Policy
The Appell Center Box Office and website, appellcenter.org are the only official ticket sellers for York Symphony Orchestra concerts at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts. We do not recommend or guarantee using a third-party ticket reseller. A ticket (including paper and electronic equivalents) is a revocable license subject to termination and which may be revoked at the sole discretion of The Appell Center. If you have purchased tickets from an unauthorized ticket dealer and arrive at the theatre unknowingly with a fraudulent ticket, or you arrive at your seat to find someone has been sold the exact same seat, the Appell Center/York Symphony may not be able to honor, refund or exchange those tickets. 2025-2026 Season Subscriptions & Packages

Subscriptions: 25-26 Season
Subscribers have several perks! Subscribers can purchase single tickets before they are on-sale in August. Also, subscriptions include both theatre seats and digital concert access at no extra charge. Best yet, subscribers are guaranteed their same seats each season. Renewing subscriptions can renew their existing seats through May 1, 2025 for the 2025-26 season.
The YSO offers three types of Subscriptions:
Complete Season (9 concerts)
Pick 5 Package: 25-26 Season
Choose 5 concerts from any of the classical or pops series with the ability to mix and match for flexibility. Please note that that Pick 5 Package holders may not be able to retain the same seats from year to year. Package buyers can purchase single tickets before they are on-sale. Pick 5 packages include theatre seats and digital concert access. Order by May 1, 2025 for the 2025-26 season’s best seats.
Single tickets for the 2025-26 season will be available for purchase in August 2025.

Digital Access Instructions
Access the Digital Concert on a Computer, Tablet or Phone
Click the link from your email to enjoy the concert during the 48-hour time frame. The Appell Center will send an email to all digital viewers and Subscribers/Pick 5 buyers on Sunday after the concert at 10am. Concerts can be viewed the day after the concert for 48 Hours: Sunday at noon-Tuesday at noon.
How to Access the Digital Concert on a Smart TV
Before the concert
Click the link from your email on a computer, tablet or smart phone. Under the video on YouTube, click “Save” and choose a folder.
To watch the concert
Go to the YouTube app on your Smart TV. Go to your saved folder and choose the digital concert. Sit back and enjoy the concert!
In order to receive prompt digital access, make sure you are subscribed to Appell Center emails.

Refund Policy
Subscribers and package buyers can exchange concert tickets up 24 hours before the concert’s start time. Applicable fees will apply. Notify the Appell Center Box Office of your request.
If ticket buyers are unable to attend a concert, the value of the tickets(s) can be donated to the YSO for a tax letter receipt. Monetary refunds are unavailable unless the concert is cancelled. The Appell Center Box Office will notify ticket buyers of the cancelled event.
